The Reference Section exists to provide answers to reference questions in as thorough, rapid and efficient a manner as possible, based on the following guidelines:

1. Users

1.1. The Universal House of Justice and its members

1.2. The International Teaching Centre and its members

1.3. Bahá'í World Centre departments/offices

1.4. Users, researchers and readers who have permission to use the library facilities for research projects

1.5. Requests from institutions and individuals through correspondence

1.6. Bahá'í World Centre staff members using the Library for personal reading and reference

1.7. Others as may, from time to time, receive permission
